The MOOG D633 series comprises direct-drive servo (flow control) valves with integrated electronics, designed for high-performance hydraulic systems requiring precise flow regulation. The spool is actuated by a permanent-magnet linear motor — eliminating the need for pilot oil — which enables pressure-independent dynamic performance, high actuating force, and low power consumption. These valves support 2-way, 2×2-way, 3-way, and 4-way configurations, ensuring flexible application in electro-hydraulic systems for position, velocity, pressure, or force control.
