Details of MOOG D638 Analog Servo Valve

  • Mounting pattern: ISO 4401, size 03 (for D638)

  • Rated flow: 5 to 100 L/min per spool land at Δp = 35 bar (≈ 1.3–26.3 gpm)

  • Maximum flow: up to 75 L/min (for D638)

  • Maximum operating pressure (ports P, A, B): up to 350 bar (5,000 psi)

  • Step response (0 → 100% stroke): approx. 8 ms (at 210 bar)

  • Supply voltage: 24 V DC (range 18–32 V DC)
